Gear.setIgnoreOptimize()

This function sets the value of Gear.__ignoreOptimize to the given value.

**Parameter**

* newVal : bool - Value to set Gear.__ignoreOptimize to.

**Usage**

.. code-block:: python

    newGear.setIgnoreOptmize(True) # Would not optmize this gear.
